Short guides to everything ARCO does. Can't find it? Ask support.
When you set up ARCO you can pick up to two routines. Each one adds habits with times already set and, for some, Blocked Hours windows.
Blocked Hours shut the apps you picked during set times, every day you choose, without you starting anything. Good for work hours, study time or the hour before bed.
Uses the apps from Settings → Apps to block and needs Screen Time access. Part of ARCO Pro.
A focus session blocks your picked apps until the timer ends. Start one from Control, or from a timed habit set to block apps (Deep work, Study).
Put your timeline, habit check-offs, timers, tasks and screen time on your home screen.
Touch and hold a widget, then Edit Widget, to choose which habit or list it shows. Start timers and tick habits right from it.
Tap Plan your day on Today to place what's waiting: habits without a time, tasks, and quick events like lunch or a meeting. Give each a time and it lands on your timeline.
Planning the night before works best: open it in the evening and choose tomorrow on the date strip.
Habits can be a simple check, a count (like water ×8) or a timer. Tap one on your timeline to tick it or start its timer.
The Tasks page holds everything you need to do, grouped by project.
The Wake up block marks the start of your day on the timeline. Tap it to turn on a real alarm: pick the time, days, sound and snooze.
ARCO's alarm rings like the Clock app, even on silent.
ARCO needs Screen Time access to block apps and to show where your hours go.
ARCO Pro unlocks Blocked Hours, unlimited blocking in focus sessions, unlimited habits and your full history. New users get a free trial.
